You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, if the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- All tags, accessories, and original order information are included
- One of the following applies:
- The item is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item
- The item is significantly different from the description
❌ 2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Requests made more than 30days after delivery
- Custom items, clearance items, or any product marked “non-returnable”
- Items not purchased directly from PandaHue.com

- Your order number
- Item name(s) and quantity
- Reason for return or exchange
- Photos (if applicable)
Step 2: Approval
We’ll respond within 1–3 business days with return instructions and our return address.
Step 3: Ship the Item
Use a trackable shipping method to return the item.
For non-defective or customer-preference returns, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Step 4: Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- We will issue a refund within 5–7 business days, or
- Ship a replacement and provide a new tracking number

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method .
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

- If the return is due to a quality issue or our error, we will cover return shipping costs
- For personal reasons (e.g., size, style, or change of mind), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- Use a trackable courier to avoid lost shipments; PandaHue is not responsible for lost or damaged returns
- Returns that do not meet our policy conditions may be rejected and not refunded
