Returns & Exchanges Policy

At PandaHue, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges.

✅ 1. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • All tags, accessories, and original order information are included
  • One of the following applies:
    • The item is defective or damaged
    • You received the wrong item
    • The item is significantly different from the description

❌ 2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Requests made more than 30days after delivery
  • Custom items, clearance items, or any product marked “non-returnable”
  • Items not purchased directly from PandaHue.com

📦 3. How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Us
Email maiyongkuang@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Item name(s) and quantity
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photos (if applicable)

Step 2: Approval
We’ll respond within 1–3 business days with return instructions and our return address.

Step 3: Ship the Item
Use a trackable shipping method to return the item.
For non-defective or customer-preference returns, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Step 4: Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • We will issue a refund within 5–7 business days, or
  • Ship a replacement and provide a new tracking number

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method .
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


📌 5. Important Notes

  • If the return is due to a quality issue or our error, we will cover return shipping costs
  • For personal reasons (e.g., size, style, or change of mind), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • Use a trackable courier to avoid lost shipments; PandaHue is not responsible for lost or damaged returns
  • Returns that do not meet our policy conditions may be rejected and not refunded
